Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Harness AI Private Limited (“Harness AI”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit harnessaisolutions.com, email us or book a call with us. It is written with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it in mind.

Who we are

For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect

• When you email us: your name, email address, and anything you choose to include in your message, such as your company, role and the problem you want help with.
• When you book a call: bookings are made through Google Calendar. We receive the details you enter on the booking page, such as your name, email address and any notes, and the time of the call.
• When you visit the website: our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use analytics or advertising tools, and the site does not set cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and hold the call you booked.
• To prepare a proposal if you ask for one.
• To run and secure the website.

We process data you send us on the basis of your consent, given when you contact us or book a call, and for the legitimate purpose of responding to you. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

• Google (Google Workspace email and Google Calendar), to receive emails and manage bookings.
• Vercel, to host the website.

These providers may process data outside India, including in the United States. We use them only for the purposes above.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as we need them to respond to you and, if we work together, for the length of that engagement. After that we delete them unless the law requires us to keep them for longer.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct, complete or update it;
• erase it, where we no longer need it;
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before;
• nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.

If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, contact our grievance officer: Charmi Humbal, Director, at info@harnessaisolutions.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Visitors in the UK and EU

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, the UK GDPR or the EU GDPR may also apply. You have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office). Our lawful bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.

This website is meant for business users and is not directed at anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
